Overview

This is a unique role that blends delivering exceptional treatments with leading operational excellence, mentoring, and inspiring our therapists and apprentices. It is a newly created role within our 5 bubble spa rated boutique spa, which we anticipate will add real value to the spa, customers, and team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver luxury treatments to the highest standard, exceeding guest expectations every time.
  • Act as a role model for the spa team, setting benchmarks in guest experience, treatment delivery, and professional standards.
  • Lead training and development for our therapists and apprentices, ensuring continuous upskilling and confidence across the team.
  • Drive treatment and operational excellence: from diary and stock management to retail and revenue opportunities.
  • Support the Spa Manager by stepping into leadership duties when required.
  • Champion innovative techniques such as Hands-Free Massage, ensuring the team can build long and fulfilling careers.
  • A qualified Beauty/Spa Therapist with NVQ Level 3/4.
  • Proven experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
  • A genuine passion for both delivering treatments and helping others to grow and develop their skills.
  • Strong organisational and operational abilities, with the confidence to balance treatments, training, and spa operations.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills – you enjoy sharing your knowledge, giving feedback, and inspiring confidence in others.
  • A natural leader with empathy and patience, able to motivate, mentor, and build a high-performing team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
