You’ll lead with purpose, guiding a dedicated team of educators, therapists, and support staff, building a collaborative culture where professional growth, creativity, and innovation are celebrated. From safeguarding and compliance to operational excellence and strategic development, you will be the driving force that ensures Baston House remains a centre of excellence for specialist autism education.

This is a rare opportunity for a Headteacher who is ambitious, compassionate, and ready to leave a lasting legacy, shaping futures, unlocking potential, and transforming the lives of young people every single day.
