About the role
The Head of Talent Development will design and deliver a strategic learning and development framework that drives employee growth, enhances organisational performance, and aligns with Legends Global’s objectives. This marks the beginning of our Talent Development journey, providing an opportunity to work closely with stakeholders ranging from the events team to the senior leaders.
This role will lead business-aligned programmes—including digital learning, workshops, coaching, and development at all levels.
Key priorities include building leadership capability, and talent development, using data to measure impact and improve outcomes. Partnering with senior leaders and HR, you will embed talent initiatives into business strategy, coach managers, and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration across Europe.
