We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee Derbyshire’s residential children’s homes, including provision for disabled children.

Responsibilities

• As the named Responsible Individual with Ofsted, drive strategic planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across our estate.
• Champion the interests of children in care, lead a skilled team of Residential Operations Managers and Registered Managers, and ensure our homes deliver outstanding care and outcomes for our children.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and a commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice.
• Shape high-quality, inclusive care environments, develop skilled teams, and champion the voices of our children across our corporate parenting partnership.
