• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence pricing decisions at senior levels.

• Work closely with the Chief Underwriting Officer to develop and implement pricing models.
• Analyse pricing data and optimise pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness.
• Support the Chief Underwriting Officer in delivering the overall P&L strategy by implementing best-in-class pricing.
• Perform regular analysis of company results and provide internal pricing recommendations and external recommendations to underwriting partners to adjust pricing, risk and footprint appetite.
• Protect loss ratios and demonstrate market-leading pricing capabilities.
