Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the PE department, including staff development and performance
  • Design and deliver an engaging, inclusive PE curriculum
  • Monitor and evaluate teaching standards and student progress
  • Coordinate extracurricular sports and inter-school competitions
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across all PE activities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to promote whole-school wellbeing and physical literacy
