Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment? We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Head of Operations to oversee end-to-end operational performance, scale processes, and drive service excellence across the organisation.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll take ownership of operational strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement—ensuring teams, systems, and workflows enable exceptional support and results. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and develop the operations function, ensuring efficient, effective, and scalable processes.
• Own end-to-end service delivery, driving quality, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align operational strategy with company objectives.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across teams, systems, and workflows.
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and operational forecasting.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Support, Engineering, Finance, and Sales—to improve collaboration and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure strong operational governance, reporting, and compliance.
• Champion a culture of accountability, performance, and operational excellence.

• Proven experience in an operations leadership role (Head of Ops, Ops Director, or similar).
• Strong understanding of service delivery, support operations, or technical environments.
