A leading design-led nutritionware brand is seeking a Head of Marketing & E-commerce to drive growth along the DTC and Amazon platforms. This hands-on leader will manage creative outputs and oversee marketing strategies aligned with a premium aesthetic. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in consumer brand marketing, particularly in DTC and Amazon. This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 – £70,000 along with share options, and requires occasional access to Cardiff.

This is ahands-on role: you’ll build, launch, test, and optimise campaigns daily, while directing a capable internal creative team and coordinating with specialist partners. It’s ideal for a builder who wants ownership and visible impact.
