Job description

We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of growth for Lee Harris Energy. The Head of Marketing role sits within Lee Harris Energy (LHE). It covers our full range of offerings — from courses, live events, and online programs, through to music released under our sister label, Golden World Music (GWM).

This role requires a leader who can combine big-picture brand strategy with commercial focus. You’ll shape multi-channel campaigns, oversee systems and reporting, and lead and grow a small but dynamic team to deliver measurable business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with both creativity and analytical rigour, who is deeply aligned with the self-help and personal growth space. You will be someone who relishes the chance to think strategically and operate tactically whilst implementing best practice within a dynamic team of motivated and passionate people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, partnerships, PR).
  • Define and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective ROI and alignment with commercial goals.
  • Own marketing reporting: track KPIs, sales funnel metrics, campaign performance, and deliver insights to leadership.
  • Guide content strategy: identify opportunities to amplify Lee Harris to new and existing audiences.
  • Drive outreach by building relationships with podcasters, media partners, influencers, and collaborators.
  • Oversee the full customer journey from awareness to engagement, purchase, and retention, ensuring a consistent and positive experience across all channels.
  • Oversee technology enablers: marketing automation, CRM, website optimisation, SEO, and analytics systems (with specialist support as needed).
  • Manage and mentor the Marketing team and external partners/agencies.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends and keep up with technology platform updates.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in self-development, online education, events, or consumer brands.
  • Track record of significantly scaling revenue and brand reach.
  • Strong grasp of digital and performance marketing, even if not hands-on daily.
  • Commercially astute, with experience tying marketing activity to revenue growth & business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to translate visionary content into accessible campaigns.
  • Experience developing and leading successful creative campaigns, collaborating with in-house creative talent and external partners.
  • Strong alignment with the self-help/personal growth/wellness sector.
  • Ideally have experience of working with partnership channels to drive growth.
  • Experience of creative brand storytelling that delivers growth.
Compensation

Contractor role, full-time remote. Competitive in the range of £6,500-£7,000 per month, commensurate with experience.

This reflects a competitive senior-level package and includes flexibility for the right candidate.
