Qualifications

  • Proven experience owning and expanding senior client relationships (VP/C-level).
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent for improved client and business outcomes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define the account management strategy and engagement model.
  • Act as executive sponsor for the company's top-tier accounts.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of account managers.
  • Oversee forecasting, account planning, and reporting for the function.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align efforts.
