If you’re after a Head of Finance role where you get the breadth, impact and influence you’d find in a large group — but with the pace, visibility and autonomy of an SME — this one’s well worth a look.

This is a newly created Head of Finance role (due to growth), partnering directly with an impressive senior leadership team. You’ll be the go-to person for everything across financial control, reporting, planning and business partnering — and you’ll have the freedom to modernise, challenge and improve things as you go.

A lot of the work ahead is project-led. You’ll play a key role in :

  • Integrations following recent and future acquisitions
  • Restructuring and improving processes across multiple entities
  • Upgrading systems and embedding better controls
  • Supporting the European business with consistent reporting, compliance and performance insight
  • Driving continuous improvement across finance and operations
