A local government client in Greater London seeks a Head of Development Management. This full-time temporary role requires at least two days on-site weekly and involves leading development management functions to support the Borough's growth and regeneration. Head of Development Management needed in Kingston upon Thames, £472.97 per day PAYE - Reference: RQ1611627
Working arrangement - Minimum 2 days a week on site plus when the needs of the service requires in person attendance and planning committee.
Provide leadership to the Development Management and Enforcement functions of the Client to make a significant contribution to the positive growth and regeneration of the Borough through the innovative and practical application of development management skills. To ensure that growth and regeneration in the Borough is delivered in line with the Client’s Local Plan and associated documents. The role reports directly to the Assistant Director, Strategic Planning and Infrastructure, and is responsible for the Lead Officer, Development Management, Lead Officer, Planning Delivery and Lead Officer, Planning Enforcement.
This is a full time role on a Temporary contact basis.
