Day Rate: £600 - £900 (DOE)

We’re looking for a very senior design leader (VP / Head of Design level) to act as a hands‑on advisor and mentor, with deep experience building and scaling e‑money products. This is not a delivery role and not about UX theory. We’re specifically interested in real‑world, story‑driven experience from someone who has seen what actually happens once fintech products go live.

What We Care About Most 🧠

• How user behavior evolved after launch
• Expected vs. actual usage patterns
• Key surprises, misassumptions, or unintended behaviors
• What worked, what didn’t, and why
• How real data, market constraints, and regulation shaped decisions over time

We’re looking for insights that come from having lived through second- and third-order effects, not surface-level advice.

Ideal Background ✨

• Senior leadership experience (VP / Head of Design or similar)
• Deep fintech exposure across e-wallets, cards, payments, stored value, FX
• First‑hand experience launching and scaling regulated products
