An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for an inspirational and experienced practitioner to lead the Drama department at an Outstanding Ofsted‑rated secondary school in the London Borough of Croydon. We are seeking an exceptional Head of Drama to shape the vision and direction of Drama education within the school. This is a full‑time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

The successful Head of Drama will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Drama department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You will lead curriculum development, manage departmental resources, monitor student progress, and inspire both students and staff. Requirements
