Job Description

Join us as our Head of Data & Analytics, where you'll shape how Customer Care uses data, reporting, and insight to make smarter decisions. You'll lead a technical team, build strong data foundations, and drive a culture where high-quality data and clear intelligence power everything we do.

Reporting to the Director of Global Planning & Insight, you'll lead the strategy for data, reporting, and analytics. You'll champion data governance, quality, and lifecycle management, and you'll guide the adoption of automation, visualisation, and advanced analytics across the function. You'll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and a key partner to technology teams.
