A leading UK energy company is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to drive the organization's data strategy and analytics function. As our Head of Data & Analytics, you'll shape the strategy and execution of Cadent's entire data and analytics function. You'll create a culture where data drives decisions, innovation thrives, and advanced technologies like AI deliver real business value. You'll lead a team of specialists across Data Governance & Quality, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Open Data, and Data Automation & AI. From setting standards and policies to driving adoption of cutting-edge tools, you'll ensure data is accurate, secure, and used ethically whilst ensuring governance and compliance. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, regulators, and industry partners to deliver a robust data strategy aligned with Cadent's goals. It's a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role where your vision will shape the future of how we use data.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
