Job Description

This position balances strategic leadership with hands-on delivery: designing and implementing terms of trade, leading high-level customer negotiations, and ensuring that JBPs are structured, measurable, and aligned to corporate objectives. The role also provides leadership and coaching to the UKI Customer Management team, ensuring commercial best practice and JBP capability are embedded across the organisation.

As a senior member of the commercial team, the Head of Customer Management acts as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring that commercial strategies and JBPs deliver profitable growth, stronger partnerships, and sustainable category performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally you will be an existing Senior National Account Manager/ Controller working within non food FMCG
  • Experience managing high street, department stores, major multiples
  • Category and Data led sales
  • Experience in delivering JBP's and CPI's
  • Ideally 2 days per week in the North West
