1-2 Days a month in Newcastle

c£70,000 + bonus

Are you ready to take ownership of a growing consultancy function and shape the future of sustainability services?

PT Renewables a fast-growing management consultancy delivering sustainability and energy solutions to a global client base.

We're supporting their search for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Consultancy Services to lead, develop and scale their consultancy offering.

The Role

This is a hands-on senior leadership position, combining strategic oversight with direct client delivery, team leadership and service development.

You’ll be the driving force behind the consultancy function - setting direction, building capability and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.

Your day-to-day
  • Lead and develop the internal consultancy team delivering services - this includes ESOS, SBTi, LCA, EPDs, TCFD, Carbon Footprinting (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) and sustainability training.
  • Own and implement process improvements across upselling, cross-selling, service delivery and client communications.
  • Work closely with Marketing to bring consultancy expertise to life through webinars, case studies, thought leadership, articles and industry insights.
  • Set, manage and track team targets, P&L, account retention and growth.
  • Play an active role in the Senior Leadership Team, providing regular updates on performance, opportunities, success stories and priorities.
  • Foster a strong, positive team culture through regular 1-to-1s, coaching and leadership of team leads.
  • Oversee consultancy project workflows to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead client engagement for consultancy services, converting new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
