• Proven experience in leading compliance and audit teams.
• Multi-site industry experience in wholesale, retail, or hospitality.
• In-depth knowledge of UK & ROI legislation.
• Familiarity with FSC / PEFC Chain of Custody certification.

• Lead the Compliance team with clear direction and targets.
• Implement strategy for compliance and security structures.
• Conduct regular Risk reviews for each region.
• Advise on changes to legislation with senior executives.
