This strategic position offers a salary between £80,000 and £85,000, alongside benefits, with a hybrid working model allowing four days in the office and one day remote.

Job Description

• Lead finance team for a diverse set of business units within a veterans' charity.
• Drive transformation to insight-led financial decision-making.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop pricing models, evaluate business cases, and create scenario modelling.
• Provide strategic financial insight and support and challenge to Directors.
• Oversee management accounts, develop dashboards, and ERP optimisation.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of Finance Business Partners.

The Successful Applicant

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven leadership experience and strong technical expertise.
• Skilled in financial modelling, budgeting, and performance analysis.
