You will be part of the senior leadership team for a high profile top 10 FM Contractor.
You will be joining at a great time as this contractor is in year 1 of a 5 year growth cycle that will offer further personal and team development opportunities.
This is a hands on leadership role, together with leading the team and creating commercial strategies, you will be actively involved with work winning, mobilisation and the delivery of contracts.
Managing a portfolio of c40 live facilities services contracts, mainly Hard FM, MEP planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, with some soft services.
Clients are based nationally and range across blue chip companies, public sector organisations and SMEs.
Leading a medium sized commercial team who support contract delivery.
Part of the senior leadership team, presenting reports to Directors, while managing senior internal stakeholders commercial requirements.
Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering the commercial requirements for FM / PPM contracts.
Minimum of 10+ year’s commercial experience for FM Contractors.
Ideally you will currently be working as a Head of Commercial, or as an experienced Commercial Manager who is looking for career progression.
Must have experience of leading and developing small to medium sized commercial teams.
Strong contract knowledge and legal awareness.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at director level.
Highly resilient, with gravitas and strength of character to ensure strategies are successfully delivered.
Relevant commercial degree or RICS is desirable.
