Job summary

The ideal candidate will be a GOC-registered optometrist with over 10 years of post-qualification experience, strong skills in leadership and communication, and knowledge of NHS standards. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary between £75,000-£90,000 per annum.

About the Role

We are a leading provider of NHS and private ophthalmology services, delivering outpatient care, diagnostics, and advanced eye surgery across a growing network of UK clinics. Our focus is on accessible, high-quality eye care and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

The Role

As Head of Clinical Services, you will provide senior clinical leadership, reporting to the Clinical Directors. You will shape clinical strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the development of clinical teams and services across multiple sites.
