About the Role

We are hiring a senior leader to drive operational excellence and business growth across our EMEA Radiopharma business. This high-impact role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, supporting expansion, partnerships, and long-term sustainability.

You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, manage commercial opportunities, and ensure our operations are efficient, compliant, and scalable. This role reports directly to senior global leadership and works closely with teams across Operations, Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, HR, and Supply Chain.

What You'll Do
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee expansion of our Radiopharma portfolio across EMEA.
  • Drive LEAN and continuous improvement to boost productivity and quality.
  • Prepare operations for new sites, infrastructure, and product launches.
  • Monitor KPIs and compliance metrics to ensure sustainable performance.
Business Development
  • Lead growth strategy for PET diagnostics and theranostics.
  • Identify and secure new commercial partnerships across pharma, biotech, CROs, and hospitals.
  • Manage onboarding and account development across the region.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with R&D on new isotopes and biomarkers aligned with PETNET's capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the key operational link between EMEA and global leadership.
  • Lead strategic programmes like organisational integration and harmonisation.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Represent Radiopharma in executive forums and industry events.
  • Promote talent development and cultural integration across teams.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15+ years' leadership experience in radiopharma, diagnostics, or pharma operations.
  • Proven success in business operations and development in complex organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP, regulatory compliance, and supply chain.
  • Commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
  • Willing to travel across EMEA (up to 50%).
