As a core management leader, you will evolve Imagen’s brand from awareness to measurable impact. You’ll own and scale all brand performance activities, ensuring brand efforts directly drive user engagement, revenue growth, and customer trust across all touchpoints.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and execution - ensuring Imagen stands out in a crowded + creative space. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team - including PR, social media, community, events, and studio production - to build a globally trusted brand with clear Impact. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and Acquisition to align the brand with performance goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop and execute global and localized brand and marketing strategies.
  • Lead and manage teams across social, events, content, PR, community, and studio.
  • Align brand storytelling with user acquisition and product adoption goals.
  • Build systems to track brand campaign effectiveness and business contribution.
  • Own brand performance metrics, reporting, and optimization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and CS to ensure consistency and cohesion.
  • Maintain brand integrity and voice across all touchpoints.
  • Identify creative opportunities to push brand visibility in new channels and geos.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global brands in fast-growth environments (ideally SaaS, consumer tech, or creative industries).
  • Strong understanding of both creative brand building and performance marketing alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (social, PR, content, events, production).
  • Experience managing global and localized campaigns across multiple regions.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in measuring and optimizing brand impact.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire internal teams and external audiences.
  • Deep knowledge of digital, social, and emerging media channels.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute at speed.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership in Product, Growth, Sales, and CS.
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability – able to go from vision to action.
  • Bonus: Experience in photography, video, creative industries, or SaaS platforms.
