This is a high-volume, late-night venue, so we’re after someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and keeps things running smoothly. In return, we offer the chance to grow and develop within a team that values people and progression.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Greeting and seating guests with confidence and care
  • Managing bookings, walk-ins, and waitlists
  • Supporting the front–of–house team during busy services
  • Coordinating with the floor and kitchen to maintain flow
  • Creating a calm, welcoming front–of–house environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a guest–facing role
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, late‑night setting
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional

What to expect:
  • Competitive Pay: £12.50 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £15‑17 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
  • The Blues Kitchen is a lively bar, restaurant and music venue meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts over the course of the week.
