We’re currently in search of a passionate, ambitious Head Chef for our l ow-waste, farm-to-table restaurant, and work closely with all hotel departments to deliver excellence, sustainability and a safe, positive and encouraging working environment.
Working closely with chef-partner Mary-Ellen McTague, this Head Chef role will create and deliver hyper seasonal menus based on excellent local produce and sustainable kitchen practices. Leading by example, your enthusiasm for beautiful ingredients and excellent service will inspire and motivate your team to elevate their standards and achieve great things.
We’re looking for a Head Chef who is a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions. Most important, someone who knows when to get in the trenches with their team to achieve the ultimate outcome, and when to step back and allow emerging talent to shine. Sound like you? Within Treehouse Manchester, every detail is imagined through the carefree, optimistic lens of childhood and balanced with a distinctly modern sensibility.
