We're looking for a passionate Head Chef to run the catering team at Holybourne Hospital, Roehampton an Adult Mental Health hospital providing care for men and women with severe and complex mental health needs.

As Head Chef, you'll lead and inspire a dedicated team of Chefs and Kitchen Assistants, delivering fresh, nutritious.

What you’ll be working :
  • Full time
  • Monday to Sunday hours dependent on kitchen needs.
What you’ll be doing :
  • Take charge of kitchen operations from menu planning to daily service.
  • Cook high-quality meals that meet diverse dietary and nutritional needs.
  • Lead, motivate, and train your catering team to the highest standards.
  • Manage rotas, supplies, budgets, and stock with efficiency and care.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to design menus that support patient health.
  • Ensure food hygiene, safety, and compliance are second to none.
