Job summary

A large Financial Services organization in Norwich is seeking experienced Hardware Lifecycle Technicians for a full-time role. The position involves managing IT hardware supply, supporting multiple staff, and configuring devices among other duties. A minimum of 5 days on-site work is required, and candidates must demonstrate solid technical skills in areas like Office 365, Windows 10, and ITIL practices. Attractive hourly pay rates are offered for this long-term role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams is required.

Job description

Eden Brown Synergy are working with a large Financial Services organisation based in Norwich City Centre who are looking for a number of experienced Hardware Lifecycle Technicians for 12 months.

The role is full time, to start ASAP and paying 16.00 PAYE + holiday pay or 20.62 Umbrella per hour.

The role is 5 days a week on site (no home working)

Responsibilities

• Supplying and issuing IT Hardware
• Supporting both on-site and field-based staff.
• Supporting project work.
• Management of stock
• Issuing of hardware and handover
• Receiving hardware back
• Re-configuring hardware to be re-issued

Skills required

• Office 365 configuration
• Windows 10
• Azure/Intunes
• Active directory administration
• Ticketing system (Assyst/service now)
• Dell laptop and desktop warranty process
• Mobile device support and admin
• Good Understanding of ITIL
• Proven trouble shooting skills.

Experience required

• Technical IT skills/knowledge/ background.
• Experience in multi-culture working.
• Microsoft Teams.
