A community-focused care organization in the City of London is seeking a Handyperson / Cleaner to provide maintenance services and maintain cleanliness in communal areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in the building trade, proficiency in using tools, and attention to detail. Hours: 20 hours per week. Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day.
This is a joint post as a Handyperson / Cleaner. 15 hours as Handyperson at £15.93 per hour and 5 hours as Cleaner at £14.52 per hour.

We are currently looking to recruit someone on a joint post as a Handyperson / Cleaner.
Within the role the successful candidate will ensure all residents receive a high quality, responsive and proactive handyperson service, which includes the completion of minor and non-urgent tasks in the maintenance and repair of the apartments and the internal and external communal spaces of the scheme.
In Extra Care, our residents live independently in their own homes within one of our schemes, complete with communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros and salons.
Your role as our Court Cleaner will be to help us provide our residents with a clean and safe space, ensuring the public/communal areas within the Court are kept clean and tidy.
You will also be responsible to provide support to the manager with cleaning and preparing void flats as and when required.
While experience in a similar role is not essential, we are looking for someone with a great attention to detail and who takes pride in what they do.
