Job IntroductionLincolnshire County Council's Development Management Team plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering vibrant, sustainable communities across the county.We are currently seeking a Growth Manager (Delivery) to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the project management and delivery of new housing development infrastructure and highway improvements within the County. You will be expected to bring creativity and innovation to the role to ensure that the service continually responds and adapts to industry best practice, and that opportunities are identified and solutions delivered.

Responsibilities

• Management, supervision and mentoring a multi-functional team.
• Delivering the County's development management functions as highway and lead local flood authority.
• Provide a customer focused contact for all development services and advice to a full range of stakeholders.
• Take a leading role in Place Leadership, delivering better communities for the residents of Lincolnshire.
