• Experience with ATS platforms and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Understanding of how AI tools can enhance recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑level roles across various functions.
• Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and specialist job boards.
• Advise and support partners, directors, and hiring managers.
