Qualifications

  • Experience in Workshop, Engineering, Agricultural, Vehicle, Plant Machinery or HGV Aftersales.
  • Previous managerial experience within a large group.
  • Computer literate, specifically with Excel spreadsheets.
  • A minimum of 2 years accounts experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all procedures for the department in head office and branches.
  • Assist in recruitment for warranty, service, and aftersales departments.
  • Be the point of contact for managers and admin staff.
  • Visit other branches to organise ledgers, invoices, and job cards.
  • Support accounts with invoicing, sales ledgers, and purchase ledger.
  • Prepare workshop trading figures and manage procurement costs.
  • Train new staff during branch visits.
