Job summary

A luxury hospitality group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Interim Group Reporting Manager to join the finance team. This high-impact role focuses on preparing consolidated financial statements, leading external audits, and designing a new consolidation system. Job description

A luxury hospitality group is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to join the finance team on an interim basis. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing global business with a complex portfolio of entities. If you enjoy navigating intricate group structures, delivering high-quality IFRS reporting and driving improvements across consolidation processes, this role is for you.

As the Interim Group Reporting Manager, you will be:
  • Preparing consolidated financial statements for a multi-entity Group
  • Working through statutory accounts and audits for prior years, remediating prior accounts under IFRS
  • Leading the external audit process as the primary point of contact
  • Building a quarterly reporting framework to deliver financial information to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting the design and implementation of a new consolidation system
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for technical accounting and consolidations, advising on accounting treatments to the wider business
Requirements:
  • ACA qualified from a top 4 accounting practice
  • Proven experience preparing consolidated accounts for a complex, multi‑entity international group
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge with extensive IFRS experience
  • A background in hospitality or property is highly beneficial
This role is outside IR35
