We are actively looking to hire an experienced Group Reporting Manager. This is an exciting and wide-ranging role that will be reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller but will also work closely with the Integration, FP&A, and Accounts Payable teams, currently split between Colchester, London and Hailsham. The role includes:
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious Group Financial Accountant or an existing Group Reporting Manager who possesses the following skills and experience:
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders (including auditors and tax advisors).
Execution: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain the right attitude and energy to execute tasks effectively.
Organisational Prowess: Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, work to tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
