The Private Finance Initiative Contract Management Service manages the Council's Building Schools for the Future Private Finance Initiative (PFI) Programme which delivers a range of services to the secondary school and College sector (seven Centres for Learning) within Knowsley and the specialist educational provision at Bluebell Park. The Service manages a 25-year contract terminating on the 31 August 2034. These services relate to the management of the various contracts for the provision of the buildings, hard facilities management, soft facilities management, catering and any changes/variations as requested by the site leadership teams.
