Group Health & Safety Advisor

Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with a strong background in manufacturing? Do you have a passion for driving safety standards and ensuring compliance across multiple sites?

We're looking for a capable and committed Health & Safety specialist with proven experience in a manufacturing environment and a have a NEBOSH Certificate. You will have a strong track record of delivering effective safety strategies, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and supporting teams to maintain a safe and well‑managed working environment.

As a key member of the safety team, reporting to the Group Health & Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for carrying out risk assessments, upholding and improving safety standards, and ensuring teams remain fully compliant with legislation and internal procedures. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple sites to drive continuous improvement.

In this position, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive safety culture, encouraging proactive behaviours, and supporting operational teams to achieve the highest standards of health and safety performance.
