Overview

We’re looking for a strategic leader to join our senior team and take ownership of acquisitions that will define the future of our business.

This is a rare career opportunity— a role where you will lead the full lifecycle of acquisitions, from identifying and evaluating opportunities to negotiating, financing, and delivering high-value hotel projects.

You will also oversee existing assets, ensuring they perform at their optimum.

What You’ll Do
  • Shape Strategy — Develop and deliver the Group’s acquisition and growth strategy.
  • Lead Deals — Own the full acquisitions process, from feasibility studies and valuations to legal completion.
  • Franchise & Brand Management — Manage relationships with franchisors (IHG, Marriott, Hilton) ensuring brand standards are met and optimised.
  • Project Leadership — Oversee site selection, design, development, and delivery of new-build hotels.
  • Asset Management — Drive performance of the existing portfolio.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years senior experience in hotel acquisitions, real estate investment, or development.
  • Track record of identifying and delivering multi-million-pound transactions.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in valuation, modelling, and due diligence.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
  • Deep knowledge of hotel operations and franchise agreements.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Hospitality Management; MBA preferred.
