What you'll do
- Grow and nurture client relationships, driving both retention and revenue expansion

- Identify and implement opportunities to innovate product and process

- Create a seamless, positive experience for every client stakeholder interaction
- Ensure contract delivery and compliance.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor your team to achieve service excellence and adopt best practices
- Collaborate with internal departments and group services to leverage their skills for maximum value
- Financial management to protect cash flow
- Drive team performance through clear expectations, feedback, and accountability
