A community-focused housing organization in Northwich is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to help maintain open spaces and communal areas. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license and experience in grounds maintenance. Responsibilities include mowing, hedge cutting, and ensuring the safety of the environment. This role offers a salary of £26,804.58 per annum plus additional benefits.
Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative (Permanent)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,804.58 per annum (Plus van, fuel card, uniform & Tools provided)
Location: Based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich. Working across core locations such as Warrington and Cheshire.
