Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.60

Contract Type: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 40

Location: Regional Recruitment - Bournemouth, Dorset, England, BH8 8HX

Requirement: Full UK Driving License

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional grounds maintenance and winter services for clients' sites.
• Grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, clearing leaves, spraying, litter picking, and using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery to maintain sites and external areas to a high standard.
• Deliver additional winter services, such as gritting, clearing snow, and installing Christmas trees.
• Report to management with information regarding site hazards.
• Operate a range of vehicles, machinery and equipment in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Undertake additional training as and when required.
• Report to the Contracts Manager.

Qualifications

• Passionate about working outdoors and prepared to work across agile and flexible environments.
• Good understanding of smartphone technology.
• Previous grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not necessary.
• PAI & PA6 spraying license is desirable.
• Full driving license is preferable as some roles require use of company vehicles.
