About the Role

We are looking for a talented and confident Graphic Designer to help elevate a growing brand and deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print channels. This is a hands‑on creative role where you will shape how the brand appears across campaigns, product collateral, social media, video and more.

You will work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to communicate ideas clearly, consistently and creatively.

What You’ll Be Doing
Brand & Creative
  • Developing, refining and evolving the overall brand identity.
  • Producing design systems, templates and guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Creating new concepts, visuals and storytelling content for campaigns, events and product releases.
Content Creation
  • Shooting and editing photography and video for marketing, events and product stories.
  • Producing image sets, social media cut‑downs and short‑form edits.
  • Delivering engaging content that showcases the brand, products and people.
Marketing Materials
  • Designing brochures, spec sheets, user guides and other printed materials.
  • Creating digital graphics, email assets and website visuals.
  • Preparing layouts for presentations, pitch decks and partner materials.
Website & Digital
  • Supporting improvements to visual consistency and on‑site styling.
  • Producing digital assets that enhance clarity, communication and user experience.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Interpreting briefs and turning them into clean, purposeful designs.
  • Working closely with marketing, product, sales and other teams.
  • Managing multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Balancing quick‑turnaround tasks with longer‑term creative development.
Tools & Technical Skills
  • Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a bonus).
  • Photography and editing tools such as Lightroom or similar.
  • Basic understanding of web design principles (Figma experience is a plus, not essential).
Skills & Capabilities
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and deliver clean, purposeful design solutions.
  • Confident in creating design systems and templates others can use.
  • Experience preparing artwork for print (brochures, guides, signage).
  • Comfortable editing both photography and video content.
  • Organised, practical and able to manage a varied workload.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities.
Experience
  • Ideally 3+ years in a design role (agency or in‑house).
  • Experience contributing to or managing a brand identity.
  • Experience producing marketing collateral across digital and print.
  • Experience within B2B or technical sectors is helpful but not essential.
