Job description

A graphic designer with a speciality in Podcast and YouTube branding, photo editing, and type setting. You must be highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, and possess mid‑level After Effects expertise. Your work will demonstrate an eye for visual storytelling, expert cutout and blending, and a mastery of typography. You need to anticipate trends, stay ahead of them, and support recognisable brands in the industry. You will collaborate with producers, channel managers, videographers, and editors, reporting to the Head of Podcasts. You will enhance an existing slate of titles and contribute to our future plans from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Produce episodic assets for podcast and YouTube shows, including A/B testing thumbnails
  • Create hero branding and assets for Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and Daily Mail
  • Integrate branding into templated assets for video and social channels
  • Improve existing titles and launch new shows
  • Co‑operate with production workflow to ensure brand consistency from the ground up
  • Use high‑level tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, YouTube optimisation
  • Use mid‑level tools: After Effects
  • Experience with social asset creation is a bonus
  • Demonstrate proven commercial success
