Graphic and Multimedia Designer

The purpose of this post is to act as the College Brand Guardian, ensuring that all creative work reflects and strengthens West Thames College’s identity and values.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to raise the college’s profile across all internal and external audiences through highly creative, innovative, and consistent design concepts.
  • Manage the design and production process for all marketing publications, campaigns, promotional materials, multimedia content, and installations.
  • Ensure quality, creativity, and impact across print and digital channels.
Person Specification
  • Experience in graphic and multimedia design, with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent understanding of brand consistency and visual communication.
  • Strong project management and production skills.
  • Ability to work within marketing teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and ability to work with young students and vulnerable adults.
