Qualifications

• Full UK driving license (or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel and work on-site.
• Basic understanding of electrical distribution networks and HV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in planning and supervising site activities for HV electrical distribution projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress and prepare reports.
• Learn technical knowledge of HV systems including switchgear and transformers.
• Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation for project handover.

Role Overview

The Graduate Trainee Site Manager will support the delivery of high‑voltage electrical distribution projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards. • Support the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and explain issues promptly.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge of HV systems, including switchgear, transformers, and cable installations.
• Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for project handover.
