The Role:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to candidate placement
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and business goals
  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and market research
  • Match candidates to roles based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful placements
