Boyer (part of the Leaders Romans Group) is established as one of the leading town planning and design consultancies in the UK. With a creative, dynamic and collaborative culture, we provide advice to major developers and house-builders on challenging and prestigious development projects. We have an established presence in England and Wales.

We are recruiting Town Planners to join our Graduate Programme in our Midlands office. Our programme comprises several elements, all designed to support your career including:

  • A training programme for all graduates
  • Dedicated mentorship throughout the programme (and ongoing)
  • Individual Development Plan to create and track career planning, professional development, and training activities
  • A minimum of 20 hours of training/CPD each year (in various forms)
  • Mentoring to help you obtain professional membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

We are looking for town planning graduates with an RTPI accredited degree(s) and with a real passion and desire to build a career in town planning.

As successful town planning graduates you will receive:
