Overview

Are you a recent graduate with aspirations to pursue a career in teaching or to work with children and young people? Integra Education are currently recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants on behalf of a mainstream secondary school in Northwich with opportunities available on both a full-time and part-time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide targeted support to students on a one-to-one and small group basis, helping them to achieve both academically and pastorally while responding to their individual needs.
  • Work closely with class teachers and other school staff to deliver additional support where required.
  • Lead catch‑up and intervention sessions, particularly for candidates with strong subject knowledge in core areas such as Mathematics, English and the Sciences.
Qualifications
  • Hold a recent university degree (all degree disciplines will be considered).
  • Hold an enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Be based within a commutable distance of Northwich.
  • Demonstrate a clear interest in working with children and young people.
  • Have previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
  • Be willing to undertake relevant CPD training as required by Integra Education and the placement school.
