GP Graduate Surveyor - Client Side (Lender) - Hertfordshire - £35-50k

Are you a recent Surveying Graduate (GP faculty – Valuation, Real Estate, Investment, etc.) with 6 months to 1 year of practical work experience looking for an amazing client side (Financial Institution) opportunity?

We have an entry‑level vacancy offering exceptional remuneration for a Graduate GP Surveyor focused on a mixed workload comprising Asset Management and Valuation, supported by an experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic valuation methodology and produce written reports.
