Healthcare is one of the largest service lines and contributors to Ipsos success, with a wide variety of continuous (tracking) and ad-hoc work, from primary research to Real World Evidence, Consultancy, amongst others, and covering multiple methodologies.

You will have the opportunity to work across a range of sectors within the industry and with healthcare professionals, decision makers, patients and other stakeholders. You will also help us look at how we can improve the way we work and bring efficiencies and innovation to long-standing healthcare projects.

The Role

  • Gain exposure to a variety of clients and research approaches whilst working alongside experienced project managers
  • Work on a wide range of research projects
  • Oversee the end-to-end project life cycle, from costing, working through timelines, supporting on set up, quality control, and project financial management
  • Learn key project management skills including commercial and financial responsibilities
  • Focus on the day-to-day management of project actions, briefing and liaising with external and internal partners, monitoring progress against sample quotas, analysing fieldwork for errors or unexpected abnormalities, managing timings, and troubleshooting
  • Support in the management of all compliance, pharmacovigilance and industry requirements, also observing contractual agreement with clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction and always represent Ipsos in a professional and ethical manner

  • An interest in planning and delivering Healthcare projects. This will include working with different sectors within the industry, healthcare professionals, decision makers, patients and other stakeholders. We deliver impactful work and curiosity in this field will be essential
  • Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset, with a genuine passion in understanding client needs and delivering impactful, value-driven solutions.
  • A curiosity for the world around us, our work and learning agility that fosters exploration of new ideas and openness to understanding changing trends.
  • Creativity and innovation to think outside the box and bring fresh, impactful ideas to life.
  • Embraces collaboration and teamwork, working effectively with others and valuing diverse perspectives to build on colleagues\' strengths.
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail skills, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in every task.
  • A focus on self-awareness and a growth mindset, driven to succeed and make a real impact, with a willingness to reflect, learn, and grow.
