  • Completed a 1-year industry placement in engineering in a HANDS ON position.
  • Full current driving licence and access to a car.

  • Assist in planning and organising projects to meet key deliverables.
  • Support projects from concept through to completion, ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are met.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and suppliers.

Skills

Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Graduate Project Engineer - £29,500 + Structured Salary Increases

Location: Limavady

Kick-start your engineering career with a structured development path and clear opportunities for progression. This graduate role offers hands-on experience across all stages of project delivery while supporting your growth into a fully-fledged Project Engineer.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist in planning and organising projects to meet key deliverables.
  • Hands on work with the workshop team and site fitters
  • Coordinate documentation and engineering drawings between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Review engineering drawings and 3D models.
  • Carry out quality checks on materials and factory-assembled products.
  • Help plan and coordinate onsite installations.
  • Create operation and maintenance manuals and other technical documentation.
  • Join engineers on site visits for surveys and to oversee delivery and installation.
  • Support projects from concept through to completion, ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are met.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and suppliers.
What We're Looking For
  • A 2:2 honours degree (or expected) in Mechanical, Chemical or related Engineering discipline.
  • Completed a 1-year industry placement in engineering in a HANDS ON position
  • Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project and Teams.
  • Full current driving licence and access to a car (reasonable adjustments considered for candidates with disabilities).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on site in Limavady.
